Flibber-flabber

* The only thing better than burgers from Five Guys? Free burgers from Five Guys. Woohoo!

* Little crossword fixed (and improved dramatically); total ground-up rebuild of big crossword in progress.

* We're days away from doing something I said I'd never do: abandoning landline service in favor of all-wireless. Yes, yes, I know, but when you come to the realization that 90% of your landline usage consists of hanging up on telemarketers, something's gotta give.

* Anyone know where I can get a decent USB microphone suitable for recording guitar and/or voice for seriously cheap?

I've been landline-free for several years now, and never suffered even the slightest trouble over it. I really regret not doing it earlier. These days a landline is nothing more than a "luxury annoyance".

Landline loss: Wish I could do that, but here in BuFu DSL is the only broadband game in town, and I have to keep the landline for it. Keep us posted!!

Check on www.newegg.com for the USB microphone....and read reviews.
