Unfortunately, it's not, as far as I know; I got my copy used from Half.com. I was very, very lucky, in that the person selling it didn't really know what he had, which is how I got it in excellent hardcover condition for $15 instead of the $50 to $75 it usually goes for. But yeah, if you're finishing off a collection, that's the way to go. (What else are you missing, by the by?)
