Wug.

I haven't posted in a few days. Heck, I haven't even checked my friends' list in a few days. Wish I had the energy today. I don't.

So, whad'ya say we all just pretend that this space is filled with gripes about snow, work, and bureaucratic cluster bombs, and leave it at that, okay?

Oh, one thing: [livejournal.com profile] alienne has effectively given me the keys to the candy shop, in the form of my very own Wiki for the Lemmings Encyclopedia project. [livejournal.com profile] alienne rules all known universes. More on that as I fill in the gaps a bit better. (And [livejournal.com profile] sidhebaap has offered to upgrade my e-mail life as well. I love these people!)

And one last note: [livejournal.com profile] rafaela dared me to admit that I cashed in a free-song Pepsi cap for a track off the Fame soundtrack. Ain't no shame in it. Great song.

Thanks. That was my monitor...

Is there a good tutorial on writing a wiki I can read? I'm looking forward to contributing the contents of my skull. PLOP!

By the way, [livejournal.com profile] sidhebaap is the greatest LJ name ever.

I'm gonna learn how to wiki

Soitenly; I refer you to my response to [livejournal.com profile] daev's post (along with some unseemly whining and a king's ransom in disclaimers and caveats). I'll be posting the link to the wiki itself in a day or two, once it reaches critical mass.

There's a good one here (I've linked to it from the wiki itself, too). Just to warn you, as of yet, I have it set up such that only I can make changes. At the very least, I want to get the stuff I already have typed up copied over; after that, I need to remove the rod from my hind-quarters and loosen my grip on the project. I've been terribly proprietary about this up to no, seeing it as a personal writing project. That's fine if it's an AppleWorks document, but as a wiki, that's seriously missing the point, especially since I need a ton of outside input.

Please be patient with me. This is going to take a bit of bullet-biting to let go of, if that makes any sense.
