Nail-biting suspense

Vacation begins in T-minus 10 hours and counting, assuming I don't call in with malaria or something, which is damned tempting. Thanks to fortuitous timing and the foibles of my contract (don't ask), my one-week vacation actually adds up to 1 weeks 5 days. I already have some stuff planned, which is as follows:
* all-day SCA event this Saturday
* chasing the kids around next weekend
* sitting around in my skivvies and sighing contently at the prospct of 12 days of liberty all day tomorrow.

Any other suggestions?

You know what is really sad? I have not worked since we moved to GA this past June and I feel as though I've needed a vacation since then. It was easier working than it is to stay home and now, I'll be working from home! Pft.
