Me: I'm flipping you off with my brain.

Two:
If frying up a cheeseburger in bacon grease is wrong, then I don't ever, ever want to be right.

My eggs always stick in sausage grease, too. I don't get it -- cooked in lard (which is basically pig fat), they don't stick. Cooked with sausage grease (which is basically pig fat), they stick.

Cast iron pan and lard, baby. It's the only way to fry.
