By the numbers...

rafaela will be here tomorrow. *bounces in his chair until he faints* Moreover, today's my last day of work before vacation. Callers had better not give me any grief, dag nabbit.
2) I just did something I'm not proud of: I deleted my last entry. I don't think I've ever deleted an entry before, and I waffled for the longest time about doing it now, but in retrospect it was a tad too crude for me to leave out in public comfortably. (In the interest of full disclosure, the entry in question discussed my bad day, complete with a two-hour late return to work, followed by descriptions of two less-than-savory operator-caller interactions. Thank you.)
3) I'm impressed: we made it all the way to February before the teacher had to call us at home to discuss Abbey's behavior. (Last year, it took all of four days.) In this case, the infractions seem to be all about hitting on the playground. Deja vu all over again....
4) When I logged on this morning, the first four (4) entries on my friends list were about snow in Atlanta, and how everything had shut down in its wake. I am dreadfully amused.
5) That Quizno's commercial. You know the one. Yeah. *cough* On Tuesday, Colleen and I got nothing productive done for a full hour, because at 30 second intervals one of us would see it necessary to squeal, "WE LOVE THE SUUUUUBS!" resulting in both of us falling to the floor, convulsing. Personally, I think advertising executives on crack are a good thing.
