Fragmented Saturday ramblitudes
Oct. 18th, 2003 07:35 pmFor the life of me, I can't seem to get a decent long-term journal narrative going these days. Oh, well, so be it:

sailorsgrrl! If you're reading this, I'm so sorry I couldn't make the wedding today. One way or another, I'll make it up to you. I promise.
2) In-reference for a very small minority of my readers: Yesterday, I was solving the "One, Two, Three" crossword in World of Puzzles, and the clue was, "Song from 'Guys and Dolls': 2 wds." Answer: SUE ME. Yeah.
3) Caller, also yesterday: "Operator, this lady gave me her phone number, and said it was in Murray, Utah. Now, is that near South Carolina?" *world-weary sigh*
4) If one is going to go into the video place when one is hideously behind in his movie viewing, one should probably have a list prepared in advance. Ai yi yi... (For the record, I ended up with Adaptation, A Mighty Wind, and Auto Focus. First two were necessary, the third just for the heck of it.)
5) Kristi's got the kids, and I'm done working for the night, which of course means I'm wasting my time in front of the damned computer. I've grown depressingly predictable.
