Transitions

So. Kristi left for Kansas today. As I type this, she's likely somewhere in the Indiana-Illinois range, and hopefully beyond this band of hell weather.

I'm not going to belabor this, not going to dwell. All I can say is that, all things considered, I'm doing fine. I'm actually rather surprised at how okay I am, really, and at how different the place I'm at is from the place I was. I'm sure there will be times when I'll be less than fine, but for this moment, I know this will be good.
