The weekend that (intermittently) was

I seem to have slacked down from an every-day LJ to an every-other-day LJ. Must fix that.

Friday night we popped over to the ever-groovy lbitw and jenphalian's place for St. Patrick's Day revelry, which lasted 'til about 10 p.m. because all of us were just plain ol' exhausted. Ah, well, good seeing people regardless. We drove past Dango's on the way home, aaaaaaaand kept on driving. Not worth risking our lives.

Last night we hung out with botia and icarusfallen8, which was the niftyness as always. Good dinner, good dessert, good refreshments, Settlers of Catan and Fluxx, and cool people. Yeah.

Which brings me to right now, as we try and gather our energy to go pick up the kids for an extended visit, culminating in this weekend's trip to Chicago. I think I need to stock up on Gatorade and ibuprofin. Wish us luck!
