Three dispatches from work

1) I can honestly say that I'd never heard anyone confuse Bernardo Bertolucci with Rankin-Bass before today.

2) We've received word that our office is returning to 24-hour status. Lots o' my coworkers are excited about this, because of increased job security. These coworkers, however, are not facing being bumped into overnight shifts they don't want on account of being so low on the seniority list. Someone kill me, please.

3) Thing I actually said to a caller today: "You didn't honestly think that was going to work, did you?"
