I can't believe I forgot Imbolc. I was even saying to myself, "Hey, Imbolc is coming!" and I just plumb forgot it. Must've been distracted, I guess. Actually, I did celebrate inadvertently by blowing the dust off my Tarot deck and giving myself a reading for the first time in eons; let it be known that my deck, which I've been using for 12 years, now knows me well enough to be very, very blunt with me. Ow.

On a happier note, I'm on vacation now. Whee. No money, no time to go anywhere. I'll be doing coffee with Colleen today, getting a haircut on Friday, and possibly tooling down to Oneonta for a day trip in there somewhere, but other than that, I have no plans at all. Marvy. Oh, well, I suppose any day not spent fielding calls from people threatening to bomb our service centers because they just lost 50 cents in some other company's pay phone is a good day.

I promise, I'll try for something on the happy/funny/snarky track next time. Just bear with me.

I had planned to make a new "holiday" candle, and consecrate it on Saturday. *sigh* it did not get done. So it will have to wait for Ostara. :(

Imbolc whizzed by me also, but I don't usually celebrate it big anyway, so there IS that. I am gearing up for Ostara though. C hates the fact that I don't do the big bunny at all. I just can't think of anything scarier than that. I mean, I can handle the big red guy, and fairies, but when we start supersizing bunnies and having them break into our homes, well, I draw the line. There are still eggs and baskets, I just don't do the bunny.
