I ended up with 11 boxes of girl scout cookies... 8 boxes of Samoas, and 3 boxes of Thin Mints. The thin mints were ordered in order to keep xuth's grubby little hands OFF my samoas. I'm a good girlfriend.

And I just discovered that Dreyers makes a Limited Edition ice cream with samoas.... frozen samoas in caramel ice cream.

I currently have 3 boxes of Samoas in my freezer, and 3 boxes in xuth's freezer.

And duuuude.... that ice cream is AWESOME!!!!

Here's the problem: You can get cookies like the Thin Mints, peanut butter patties, pb sandwiches, and shortbread off the shelf at the grocery store.

But there's nothing like the Caramel deLites.
