But they ARE! I can think of LOTS of times not to eat cookies... in the shower, scuba-diving, getting pulled over, on a roller coaster, having sex... these are not cookie times.

Having eaten cookies on a roller coaster, I'm of the opinion that you are limiting yourself unnecessarily. Furthermore, a really good cookie IS sex.
