Not playing, thanks

slipjig3I'm not even remotely getting involved in the BLITEOTW thing. Reasons as follows:
1) In an actual zombie invasion, I'd become an entree in about 45 seconds, give or take. Nothing to write about there.
2) I understand that it's supposed to be a public post. My kids sometimes read this journal, and zombies freak Abbey out something fierce.
3) It would be too much like my job, without the ability to hang up on people.
4) Don't wanna.
Instead, I'll mention the nifty evening we had over at Chez Melchert, doing artsy-craftsy stuff over diet cherry soda while swapping anecdotes, only some of which are repeatable in polite company, which (luckily) we weren't. Also, I seem to have volunteered to give juggling lessons at Glenn Linn War Camp next month. I really need to learn to stop doing that letting-words-come-out-of-that-hole-in-my-face thing.
Anyroad, early morning tomorrow. Off to bed.
