I just realized that I put out a call for questions nearly three weeks ago, and never actually got around to answering them. As I am currently still trying to organize Pi-Con memories for gentler consumption, I shall fill the yawning void with this! [livejournal.com profile] octoberland's has been answered over the weekend and [livejournal.com profile] theloriest's had a sell-by date, but for everyone else:

That tattoo--you still getting it? When and where on your body?? Yes, I am, sometime closer to my 40th birthday in January. Still haven't decided where; shoulder would be the most reasonable answer, but I'm avoiding it because, well, I'd like to be able to see the thing.

Going to Phila this month? Sadly, no. Big Travel Plans shall have to wait a bit.

What do you do when you can't sleep? Internet, usually. Which, honestly, doesn't help all that much.

Why do open-ended questions make me unable to think of anything? Because I unfairly put you all on the spot a bit. Sorry.

What kind of adventure would you most like to have in a 24 hour span? Ooo. The 24 hours makes it tricky, but whatever it is, it would have to be filled with good food and nifty people. Oh, I know! I want to take all of my East Coast friends around Chicago, and share my city the way they have shared all of theirs.

What's for dinner? Tonight I'm going for cheap and greasy if possible, then joining [livejournal.com profile] issendai for hot chocolate. Tomorrow is Poly Boston at Diesel, so hopefully [livejournal.com profile] fiddle_dragon and I can grab a bite afterward.

Is it okay if I'm scared shitless right now? I'd be concerned if you weren't scared. *hugs* All will be well, though.

Is it too soon to ask what song will always remind you of finally moving to Boston? Hm. Hard to say at this point, but I'd hazard a guess that it's going to end up being "Take Me Out" by Too Late for Roses.

chris_walsh -- Why? (Your answer can be "42.") Actually, I'm going to answer 41 JUST TO BE CONTRARY SO THERE.

So, Liz, eh? Is she not Awesome, filled with Awesome sauce? She is, topped with generous slices of candied Awesomeness.

John Glascock or Martin Barre? Barre, all the way. A damned fine guitarist, a generally good fellow by all accounts, and he continues to tolerate not being in Ian Anderson's limelight 30 years along.

Okay, so *now* what? Hell if I know. *shrug*

If you really want to, I'll accept even more questions back at the original poll.

In the best possible way, :-p

(I guess THE best possible way is that that's done by someone hot about to blow you, so corrected I stand...)

So While you were at Pi-Con did you meet [livejournal.com profile] fiddledragon, who is a different person than [livejournal.com profile] fiddle_dragon?

When you are going to Phila, you need to let me know. :-)

Not only is she a different person, but she lives in the next town over. Which made for a certain amount of weirdness when I tried to figure out what to change my LJ name to since I'd gone by mnfiddledragon for sooooo long, but didn't want to go by a region specific name any more...

Probably *way* more info than you wanted to know. :D

That being said, I tried to contact her and say hi, but *shrug* ah well.

If I did, it wasn't by that name. Probably saw her at some point, as it's not exactly a big con.
