It's here! It's here! Opposable Thumbs, the new CD, at last is here!

It's a more stripped-down, intimate-sounding album this time out, with at least half of the 12 tracks consisting of nothing more than vocals and/or acoustic guitar. It's also my chance to dip into some of the funnier material that I've been up until now keeping out ofmy office upstairs the recording studio in favor of the more serious material. Among the items you'll find therein:
* "One by One," the song that everyone and their second cousin has been asking me to record (you may now get off my haunches, and thank you for the nudge)
* A newly remixed and refurbished version of "88 Lines About 44 Fangirls"
* Four songs never before heard, in concert or otherwise—two, one old and one new ("Second Sight" and "Exothermic You"), were debuted at Pi-Con on Friday evening, while the other two, both instrumentals, are new to everyone except their dedicatees
* Just for those few of you who still own the dreaded "Wassail by Lamplight" cassette from 20+ years ago, and you know who you are, a new recording of "Spin the Bottle"
You can purchase the album or individual tracks here at my Bandcamp site, or listen to a full preview of the whole shebang. And if you're thusly inclined, do feel free to promote amongst your nearest and dearest. Thank you for taking the time, and I hope you like it!
