Just FYI: The LJ spell check suggests replacing DiMaggio for Formaggio, and (for completeness sake) Quarto for Quattro. Interestingly enough, the phrase "con Prosciutto" went through without a hitch. So, this recipe should be rechristened Macaroni Quarto DiMaggio con Prosciutto. It'll be a real hit!
