A quick update

slipjig3I just wanted to say a quick thank-you to everyone for your kind words, support and long-distance hugs. You all are truly a godsend. I don't know what on earth I'd do without every last one of you. Thank you!
I got to chat with Abbey for a bit yesterday. The girl simply could not stop chattering away, telling me all about her camp counselor and going swimming and the three art projects she'd done that morning (she had been in Chautauqua for all of 16 hours at that point), and on and on. I think she and Nik are going to have a grand summer, and that knowledge makes things easier. As for me, my equilibrium's been off; I ended up going home from work early on Saturday because the stress-induced head-whirlies made an appearance, and I was simply Not In the Mood. But I'm doing well now, all things considered.
And for those of you who requested copies of the Mix from Hades, we have begun the burn-box-and-begone process, which will continue until we're done sometime during the next Olympiad. Anna and I apologize in advance for the wait that some of you will experience, and thank you for your continued patience.
Now if you'll excuse me, I need to leave for work in 25 minutes, and I'm still in my sleepwear...
