I had a guitar. [livejournal.com profile] rafaela had just awakened.

Me: [plays "Stairway to Heaven"]
[livejournal.com profile] rafaela: [pained] Adam...
Me: [plays "Smoke on the Water"]
[livejournal.com profile] rafaela: [stares daggers]
Me: [plays "Dust in the Wind"]
[livejournal.com profile] rafaela: [picks up phone] I'm calling my mother. She'll kill you.
Me: [quickly puts guitar away]

Never a dull moment.

What a medley! I shall now light myself on fire. :)

Now, now, that's hardly fair. That medley was completely "Free Bird"- and "Layla"-free.

Ha!

Is "Free Bird" next? Wait a sec, let me get my lighter...

*snerk* Actually, I know the opening to "Rhiannon," too, so next time....

That lightened up an otherwise shittacular night. Heh, "Dust in the Wind".

That's, like, totally evil. Especially if you woke her up like that.

Sadly, she'd been up for about 15 minutes by that point. But that's not a bad idea, especially on those mornings when she's dragging more than necessary. (This is assuming, of course, that I no longer value my own continued bodily integrity.)

Hahahaha! That's amazing. :) I love the last line she said!

Heehee! It's even better if you can picture it delivered totally deadpan while enacting the Baleful Glare from Hell. Imagine Wednesday Addams speaking the words.

were you singing the songs, or just playing the guitar parts? Just so I can get the visual correct.

Just the guitar part, the absolute minimum to get the point across. Were she not still waking up, it'd have taken something more drastic. (Just as a f'r'instance, I usually play "Stairway" as a boogie-woogie number.)
