Ow.

Being a nice, cool day, and having a bit of time with nothing on the docket, I took a walk down to the city park with clubs in hand to do a little juggling practice.

Things I am officially out of at this time:
* practice
* shape
* energy
* sorts
* dignity
* my mind for attempting this in public

Things I am mercifully not out of:
* ibuprofen

I'll try again in a few days, no doubt, once my upper arms have gotten around to forgiving me.
