At work. Bored off my unshapely kiester. Thank you for asking.

This has been happening a lot lately, distressingly. Two days ago, it was endless games of double-deck solitaire variants. Yesterday, I ditched the solitaire in favor of building houses of cards at my desk. Today, I'm sick of cards entirely, so it's down to creating utterly useless flowcharts just for the fun of it. Yes, it's that bad.

*sigh*

In other news, I realize that I'm narrowing in on my 1,000th post. I want to do something special to commemorate the blessed event, but I lack inspiration. Ideas, anyone?

Holy crap, I like flowcharts! I was bored enough last night to break down one of my goals into the tiniest bits ever, just to see if it was possible.

Ahhhh I'm back in Oneonta and we didn't get to meet this past week but I will be home in 3 weeks, we should try to say hello in person then!

*giggle* Would if I could! See my response below, though: Even though I'm bored at work a lot of the time, most of that time I'm required to have hands more or less free. So something like writing, sure, but knitting needles might be a bit much.

Yay! Good movie geeks! *hugs good movie geeks*

My ex-husband's ex-stepfather's ass (...) had a cameo in that flick...they shot it at CalTech when he was down there studying optical engineering.

I so need a Real Genius icon.

Porn is good. Not for work of course but for your 1,000th post of course. But that's been done. Then again, you do it so well. Porn that is.

As for work. I seconded the knitting idea. You could make penis cozies. And sweaters and scarves and mittens and hats. Knitting is very useful. [livejournal.com profile] kyril knows how to knit. I had him take a class with me. All the ladies loved him. I love it when I guy works with his hands. It's sexy. And knitting isn't messy like woodworking or things like that. You can take and do it anywhere.

Okay, I need to sleep now.

Don't think the porn idea hadn't crossed my mind, even though that would mean a filtered 1,000th post. And, well, thank you! *blushing furiously*

I'd love to be able to knit, but unfortunately even though there's a lot of inert and semi-inert time, when I'm on the boards my hands need to be free. Phooey. Something to consider for my non-work time, though....
