And so it begins. Details are at this post here. The bracket is huge enough to support eight conferences; each conference contains four divisions of 16 titles each. For each pairing of films, choose the one you prefer. The winner of each matchup will advance to the next round.

Mostly slam dunks. The only ones that made me hesitate are A4, a6, a8, B3, and B8. I'll also note that B3 is utterly cruel, as the idea that either of them should be outside the top six in just wrong.

I agree, B3 is just torture. That pairing is nearly the entire argument for some kind of seeding system versus pure randomization of matchups.

Oh, I agree completely; the problem is that I couldn't figure out how to seed the titles without making some predeterminations about their viability, and I didn't want to skew the results according to my own preferences. If I do this again, I might just take the top umpteen titles from the IMDb list or something to that effect.
