Well, kids, we've reached the Green conference, and looking over the A and B brackets here, I've decided that I need to kick my own ass. Ai yi yi, what the f&*! was I thinking?! (Trust me, you don't want to look. It starts bad, and only gets worse.) If you decide your stomach is up to it, the usual rules apply: For each pairing, select the title you prefer. The winner of each will live to fight another day, migraine and all. And again with the bold-face: there are two polls shown here, so be sure to hit both submit buttons. Your deadline is Wednesday, April 4 at 1 p.m.

EDIT: Gahh! Stupid uneditable polls. Although it should be visible in the markup, Green A-4 is between The Third Man and Philadelphia Story.

EDIT: Voting is now closed for this poll; any further votes will not be counted. Thanks again!

Green Conference, Division A

[Poll #959547]

Green Conference, Division B

[Poll #959548]

And yes, there';s still time to get in on Yellow Divisions C & D, if you sneak in before 1 p.m. Thank you!

Axe wielding homicidal maniac vs Nanny at 100 paces:

"Heeeeeeeeeere's Johnny!"

*Oh, Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!" (*dies*)

(Bird falls over giggling inanely)

As a survival horror video gamer, you now have some idea of what having those two movies in the same entry brings to mind. Where the hell is that mental floss?

*grins*

I saw Mary Poppins in New York over the weekend, and the Broadway version is actually much darker than the movie version. Mary actually gave me chills and goosebumps a couple of times. So when my friend told me about the Scary Mary "trailer" I had to see it for myself.

Nothing against The Third Man... I just find Katharine Hepburn indescribably delicious.

Well, yes, but I can't really get too mad at people who are voting for Philadelphia Story, y'know? Now if they ahd been voting for, say, Dirty Dancing over The Third Man, I'd be throwing furniture.

That's what you deserve for subjecting me to that decision. What are you trying to do to my poor brain?

I think this whole exercise has mostly served to bring out my seriously contrarian streak. And it reminds me of how many movies are my sworn enemy movies!

My Kate in the Philadelphia Story? We go way back. Come on, Katie!
