Okay, I have to show you this, because I can't stop staring. I mentioned a while back that Terry Gilliam's working on his latest film, entitled The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus, due in 2009. He's already done a bit of casting (Tom Waits as Satan!), including the pivotal role of the Doctor's teenage daughter. For that, he's signed on newcomer Lily Cole, whom I don't think much of anyone has seen before. This is because Lily Cole is actually an anime still that mad scientists imbued with human life.

Seriously. Don't believe me? Draw your own conclusions:

Wanna learn how to draw manga? Start by tracing her.

Something tells me we're going to be seeing a lot of her in the future.

She's too cute to be from anime.
Probably too old, too.

No, actually she's from a painting.

"Whoa"? Word, good sir. (And to think, up until the Nineties, redheads didn't do much for me, then the Redhead Appreciation Switch got flipped and...um. Mm. Yeah. It was either Buffy-era Alyson Hannigan or Sarah MacPherson in my college dorm who did it...)

So you don't think anyone's seen Lily Cole before. This just goes to show that SlipJig doesn't know high fashion, because she's a very famous and very successful fashion model. At 5'10" and 112 lbs, of course she's a model.

As punishment for your obtusity (yes, it's a fucking word), you will click this link and see why I thought of you today.
