Too brain-fried for extended commentary on Life, so here's the abbreviated version

The car passed inspection, and it only took two new tires to get it done. Woohoo! The tires were not in any way, shape or form a surprise, as Harold the Hoopty Car was doing this interesting wobbly-thing when in motion. And, like, the rear passenger tire needed air every two days. Minor stuff.

lbitw's birthday dinner was tonight, at its now-traditional location of the back room at Dango's Dugout across the river in South Glens Falls. 'Twas nifty and fun. I drank Scotch and everything.

Oh, and while I was off the boards at work today, minding my own business, the part of my brain that stays tuned for such things overheard a coworker asking another, "'Otherkin?' Is that like furries?" I sighed and went in to translate, furthering my office reputation as someone to back away slowly from. (This was for a class that several coworkers are taking on "Deviant Behavior" (don't worry, the instructor goes out of his way to make it clear that "deviant" means "different," not "bad"). I told one of them, "If you need anything defined, come find me, because whatever it is, I know someone who's doing it.")
