This would be dandy if the meme took into account:
1) I haven't bathed today, due to this being my day off;
2) I have to do this on my ratty-ass semi-functional webcam, since I still haven't gotten the digital camera working yet; and
3) the lighting in here is atrocious, which is why the picture is all dark and grainy (for which I'm grateful, since it hides the carbuncle the size of a grown marmoset on my face).

Yeah, but I think that's the point of the meme -- that we all look like complete shit, so we shouldn't be ashamed.

Or maybe the point is that we SHOULD be ashamed, so that we get over our huge egos.

Either way, it's hard for me to pretend that I'm a glamazon when I post a damn "here I am without makeup or combed hair on the world's most unflattering camera" pic.
