I was seriously dragging tail this morning. I had gotten next to no sleep, the world was too cold, the bed was too comfy, and I could not get my eyes to stay open. That, and my mind kept wandering, eventually landing on The Noise of Endless Wars as a thought topic. I've been moving forward on it again, and was realizing in my half-awakened state that there was a bit of an inconsistency between what I've said before and what needed to happen in the second half of this chapter. Huh, I thought, how to resolve this? Well, that has been ruled out, and that doesn't make any sense. Oh, wait, I could always add the little detail of....

My eyes sprung open. Holy crap, how am I going to deal with the consequences of that one? It changes a lot. Sure as hell is going to make the ending more interesting.... *wry laugh*
