For a late after-work dinner, I have just whipped up some chicken and quail egg salad with capers and blue cheese mustard.

I mention this here because (a) it actually came out quite tasty, (b) I'm rather proud, and (c) I'm hoping that this concoction is snooty enough to negate all of the store-brand mac 'n'cheese and A&W cheeseburgers that I usually live on. Unlikely, since tomorrow I'm right back to Shake 'n' Bake pork chops.
