slipjig3* I know it's folly to try to ascribe human thoughts and emotions to the reactions of animals, but I'm fairly well convinced that every time I try to engage the cats in conversation, their usual facial expression translates out to "Suck it, biped."
* T-Fal frying pans really are non-stick! Scrambled eggs don't stick to them! Neither do the molten remains of the plastic spatula you left in the pan when you forgot to turn the burner off! Amazing!
* Let's not talk about money just now, mmmkay?
* I got a big box of hand-me-down sweaters in the mail from my mom today. Just in time for, um, August. Ah, well, they're quite pretty; I haven't been a major sweater-wearer for years, but I'd certainly consider returning to it part-time.
* I do so love thunderstorms. I love them more when I'm home to enjoy them.
