Transcript of an actual pay phone call today, 15 minutes before leaving for home:

Me: Can I help you?
Guy in Need of Tin Foil Hat: This is Sable. Do you have any questions?
Me: *blink* I'm sorry?
Guy in Need of Tin Foil Hat: This is Sable. Do you have any questions?
Me: Erm...noooo, do you have any answers?
Guy in Need of Tin Foil Hat: [dramatic pause] I have all the answers.
Me: Ahh. Well, then, let me ask you this: What am I about to do right now? I'll give you a hint: it involves me hanging up on you. Bye! *click*

Y'know, if I were even remotely capable of making this stuff up, my novel would be done by now.
