Incidentally, after yesterday's voice post, I got to say the following to a customer: "I'm sorry, but I'm pretty sure the Starship Enterprise is an unlisted number." (He was serious, too. His stated purpose for the call was to share his brilliant idea, which was, and I quote, "To boldly go where no man has gone before," thus putting him in the rare position of being utterly nuts, and yet not even writing his own material.)
