Vital signs weak but persistent

Yes, we made it back to Glens Falls last night around 11:30 at night after a lovely and blissfully uneventful 16-hour drive, at which point we both promptly passed out. I'm hoping that it's just exhaustion talking, but today I've been dealing with general aches and pains (especially headaches the size of Saskatchewan), chills and intermittent stomach ailments that I'm sure you don't want to read about just now. Current prescription includes flannel, tea and as little movement as I can get away with.
All in all, though, it was a good, low-key trip, once we successfully ignore the drive down;
rafaela's mom is really cool and willing to ply us with the best barbecue pork sandwiches in Knoxville, and visits with
domani and other Anna-relatives went very well. I'm sure there's more that I can write about, but I'm going to let that wait until the lime Jell-O that is my brain sets a bit more firmly.
Until then, since I've been away:
