New issue of Games is out [plugplugplug]; look for me on page 50. (And [livejournal.com profile] joelle_van_dyne, it involves programming of a sort, so I'll hear no griping from you, cupcake.) Also, look for one of their Best Feature Articles Ever, a treatise on meta-gaming that's making me weep for the lack of local heavy-duty game-playin' folk.

Speaking of puzzles, I wormed out of the one they wanted me to create at work. I cited time conflicts, which is half the answer. The other half: I don't wanna.

Speaking of work, they've posted the signup sheets for picket line schedules. Oh, joy. This is the equivalent of saying, "Hey, we're going to shove a flaming pair of ice tongs up your nostrils. Pick a color."

Speaking of shoving a flaming pair of ice tongs up one's nostrils, Mom-in-Law's PC has been stuck in defrag mode for several hours now. I would like to take this opportunity to kiss my iMac square on its virtual lips.

Speaking of virtual lips, I wish Kristi would let me sleep over. *pouts*

Grr. I saw it on the newstand the other day. I guess us lowly subscribers just have to wait.

Well, the subscription was a gift. Better to get the magazine free and late, and have money left over for comics. :-)
