rafaela mentioned that I really needed an Apple icon. Consider it done. Ahh, Mr. Boogalow, you old scamp! Don't ever change!
Last night was the filk circle and Mandala House, hosted byaquila_dominus and cluegirl, and I must say that it was even more awesome than I had hoped. I did a few originals, a trad tune and a Richard Thompson cover, whilst others did everything from original spells to Pearl Jam, and everything in between. (My apologies for not listing everyone's name, but I always manage to miss one whenever I try; rest assured that if you were there, you were wonderful.) Looking forward to doing it again, although I think I'm going to avoid the originals (especially "88 Lines," which is dead boring if you've already heard it).
Not so awesome was work today. And laundry. Such are the tribulations of modern whatever.
Meh. If I were more awake, this entry would have been 86% more clever. I really need a fire alarm case with a book of Oscar Wilde quotes and a sign that reads, "In case of blogging emergency, break glass."
