Worked a day shift today. It was tedious and long.

Followed it up with hanging out with [livejournal.com profile] lbitw and [livejournal.com profile] jenphalian and [livejournal.com profile] sideshownate and LJ-less Steph, Nate's person of interest. Sesame chicken was enjoyed. Oh, and sake, my New Food for the Day. Also, four more victims people have been inducted into the cult of Cosmic Encounter. Evil laughter ensues.

And now? Now I am sleepy. How's everyone else?

Reading. One of the books I'd glommed onto somehow over the years: Vladimir Nabokov's King, Queen, Knave (nice to have a Nabokov character whee I don't have to flinch from the descriptions of sex and sexuality; yep, I've read Lolita). I'm finding it a manageably quick read, too, which helps my "read lots of books this year" goal.

And soon I'll go to bed early. Catch-up sleep, yo.

I'm ashamed to say that I've read no Nabokov at all. I probably should, but I must confess that I'm not putting the highest of priorities on it.

I saw the Wolfman. I need to see it again and take notes for the excoriating Rifftrax we're doing later. Enderfem is the best partner for this ever.

Tomorrow, tattoo.

Oy. Look forward to the report, anyway. (Incidentally, have you seen the letter to some publication railing against the makers of the film because they, like, tooootally ripped off Twilight? Yeah.)
