For your listening pleasure [sic]
May. 1st, 2011 11:53 pmBefore my inevitable collapse for the evening: last week I was finally persuaded to do a quick-and-sleazy recording of "One by One" (a.k.a. "that squirrel song"). The results are of miserable quality even for a demo, between the glorious stereophonic cheap-microphone hiss, the clipping like whoa, and the guitar strings old enough to reverb about as well as a handful of twist ties, but it'll serve its purpose. Hope you like!

SQUEE! (yes, I am a fan).
Date: 2011-05-02 11:01 pm (UTC)I have had a very crappy recently, and your song has cheered me up immensely. Now if the squirrels are smiling and eating chocolate chip cookies and one looks like john wayne, boy you better run!
And yes, I am responsible for that accidental anon response. Silly lj!

I gotta know -- is this a parody of something? Or is this one of your originals?
Reminds me of a friend of mine...her grandmother (while on Prozac) kept hallucinating squirrels in her house. Mind if I send this to her?
Oh, and the ending? Priceless. *gigglefits*
