1) A few people on my friends list have been cursed with exanimate computers, essentially making them incommunicado for several days. I'm realizing just how much of a lifeline the Internet is for me right now; if Muckle John, my trusted iMac, should happen to bite the wax tadpole, I'm doomed....

2) Abbey said the scariest thing I have ever heard her say: "No! I don't want to wear that coat! It makes me look fat!" *holds head in hands and groans* She's six, ladies and gentlemen. I was hoping we could avoid this one entirely.

3) Updated my interests list (I forgot to mention Sandy Denny why, exactly?) and tidied up my friends list slightly. I feel so accomplished.

4) The CyberHermitage is starting to wear on me a wee bit. Might go out tonight...

5) I'd take a moment to grouse about how much Robert Lodge's "trivia" contests are getting on my nerves, but I don't think the majority of y'all would much care.

*hugs* I hope so, too. I don't even know how to deal with it, to be honest. How would one communicate to her that the very idea of whether one looks fat is irrelevant?
