Though I did not submit the poll, I will say that I avoided leftover turkey tonight *because* it put me to sleep to early yesterday and I feared it would mess with my sleep schedule after woke up.

Oooo. I live for leftover turkey sandwiches.

Capsaicin high?

Capsaicin's the stuff that makes hot peppers hot. It'd probably be more accurate to call it an "endorphin high," but... *shrug* Po-TAY-to, po-TAH-to.

I'm sorry I can't recall the source, but I've been convinced that one consumes negligible levels of tryptophan in turkey: Not nearly enough to have any effect. People simply get tired on Thanksgiving from overeating.
